The quality approach is evident at the planning stage, when a new design is no more than a sketch. Their systematic selection of design and production solutions guaranteeing the highest possible reliability identifies and eliminates the faults that could have dire consequences on the road. But they don't stop there. The products are put through a most rigorous testing programme in test benches simulating the toughest loading, unloading and driving conditions. Some products are tested for aerodynamic properties. A specific share of the production is selected at random for destructive testing. Welding robots ensure a uniform result to a very high standard.

ALUCAR
Ever since Alucar was founded in 1984 it has set the standard for modern thinking in building timber transport vehicles. Lightness combined with durability has been the guideline for the company. Alucar was the first to develop a subframe system in aluminium and has always been the #1 aluminium subframe system in the world. Over 1.000 units have been delivered so far. The subframe systems are being delivered for foreign markets as complete kits including all necessary details as galvanized and correct fixings for each truck brand, necessary cross reinforcement needed at the rear and even the bolts and nuts!
